Eco Blast LLC ("Eco Blast", "we") operates ecoblastpros.com and provides mobile sandblasting services from 333 Strawberry Hill Ave, Norwalk, CT 06851. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site or request a quote, and what we do with it.
What We Collect
Information you give us: name, phone number, email, job location, project details and any photos you send by form, text or email.
Information collected automatically: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) and, if enabled, analytics cookies. We do not use advertising trackers.
Why We Use It
To prepare and send your quote, schedule and perform the work, invoice you, and follow up about your job. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying site data to improve the website.
Text Messages
If you text us or ask us to text you, we will reply about your quote or job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help run the business (hosting, email, invoicing, mapping), with your consent, or when the law requires.
Photos of Work
We sometimes photograph completed jobs for our gallery and social media. We will not publish photos that identify your property or vehicle (address, plates, hull name) without asking first.
Retention & Security
Quote and job records are kept for as long as needed for warranty, tax and insurance purposes, then deleted. Data is stored with reputable providers using industry-standard security; no method is perfectly secure.
Your Choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing ecoblastservice@gmail.com or calling 203-810-9023. Connecticut residents have additional rights under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, which we honor.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
