Agreement
These terms cover use of ecoblastpros.com and services performed by Eco Blast LLC. By requesting a quote or booking a job, you agree to them. Written estimates and signed work orders control over anything here if they conflict.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide and are valid for 30 days. If the surface, coating, size or site access differs materially from what was described, we will tell you before proceeding and adjust the price with your approval.
Scheduling & Access
You agree to provide safe, legal access for a truck and trailer, a water source where possible, and to move vehicles, boats or valuables out of the work zone. Weather may require rescheduling; we will give as much notice as we can.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged a mobilization fee stated on your estimate.
Site Conditions & Containment
We lay containment and recover spent media as part of every job. You are responsible for disclosing known lead paint, asbestos, hazardous coatings or buried utilities. Testing for hazardous materials is not included unless quoted.
Results & Limitations
Blasting removes coatings and contamination; it does not repair pitting, rot, corrosion loss or damage that was hidden under the coating. Some substrates (soft brick, weathered wood, thin aluminium) carry inherent risk that we will explain before starting. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects revealed by the work.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless your estimate states otherwise. Commercial accounts may be offered net terms in writing. Balances unpaid after 30 days accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
Warranty
We warrant that work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry practice. If you are not satisfied with the blast finish, tell us within 7 days and we will return to correct it at no charge. We do not warrant coatings, paint or finishes applied by others afterward.
Liability
Eco Blast LLC is licensed and insured. To the extent permitted by Connecticut law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the job in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as downtime or lost revenue.
Website Use
Site content, photos and the Eco Blast mascot and logo are our property and may not be reused without permission. The site is provided as-is; we try to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Fairfield County, CT, after a good-faith attempt to settle by direct discussion.
